Tyler Schmidt, Western Hockey League, Tri City Americans
"The most difficult challenge is always staying motivated. Training by yourself, well, it can be just awful to keep going without someone there to push you. RJ is that motivation, that voice right beside you every workout, getting the best out of every set and every rep. I shed those unwanted pounds, gained amazing strength and conditioning! I also improved my general health, mind state and appearance. NLT's unique approach helped me tremendously with my recent success at my NHL training camp with the Minnesota Wild."

Neal Prokop, Western Hockey League, Regina Pats
"Season training is really important. Whether it is making the team, trying to get a good start to season or simply making sure you’re healthy and strong enough to prevent injuries. The game is really competitive and I think it’s good to work out in a group. You get the fun dressing room atmosphere with the chirps and the jokes but you also get the competiveness between each other when the time comes. Whether it’s the NLT bike rides, the hot yoga or just the time we spend in the gym, it’s usually something new and it’s important to prevent your body from getting used to the same routine. I gained a lot of strength and conditioning during the summer and enjoyed myself at the same time.”
Eric Mestery, Western Hockey League, Lethbridge Hurricanes
"I liked going to the gym everyday, it didn't seem like work. I knew by the end of the day I would wish I hadn't gone but by the next morning I was ready to get back at it. That is something that RJ helped me with. He made it fun to work out but also worked me like a dog. I had a great rookie camp with the Washington Capitals and came into the WHL camp this fall in the best shape of my life , I have him to thank. "
