RJ Padua is one of Winnipeg's most respected Personal Trainers. For the past eight years, RJ has been improving the lives of many dedicated Winnipeg residents. He is selective about the clients he accepts into his training program. He admits that the client is responsible for achieving the results, and that it takes an enormous about of discipline and determination. But RJ's techniques soften the blow by making workouts fun, challenging, and a bit different each time.

RJ holds a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Winnipeg.  He is certified by the National Strength and Conditionining Association and is recognized as a Certified Strength Trainer and Conditioner by the National Strength and Conditionining Association.  He is also a Certified Canadian Athletic Therapist.

Nate joins the No Limit Training team bringing a wealth of athletic and fitness accomplishments. From a very young age Nate was involved in as many sports as possible. Starting out as a Soccer player he made it all the way to team Manitoba until the Volleyball world came calling. After Nate hung up his cleats and put on the court shoes the achievements began piling up. Nate began a 4 year career with the Manitoba Bisons, ending his career there having accumulated the 2nd highest number of blocks in Bison history. Being a standout Bison, it was only a matter of time before the national team came calling. Nate played on the junior team in 2004 and on the senior team from 2005-2008, culminating with a chance of qualifying for the Olympics in Beijing. Nate has since stopped playing in the red and white and now only plays professionally overseas in the winter months. Over the year's Nate has had the opportunity to be trained by some of the best fitness instructors on the planet.... RJ Padua and the NLT team being some of them. Nate can be described as an outgoing and caring individual who knows how to cater to the client; Nate began his apprenticeship under RJ last summer and is continually growing and expanding his knowledge of the training world. Nate looks forward to working with you!!
